The verdict in favour of Anascape Ltd., originally handeded down on May 14, 2008, was upheld by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern
District of Texax, Lufkin Division, when it denied Nintendo's motion for a reduced verdict. At issue were a series of patents owned by Anascape relating to video game
