... little jacket around the paper cup featured a full-color ad for 51, a condo and loft development from Centex Homes that's located near downtown San Jose. The web site for the housing development has no pricing information on it that I could find, which is a bit annoying, seeing as the anti-hand-burning jacket actually lured me to the web site. Maybe the prices are changing too fast? But thanks anyway, Centex, for keeping my fingers from searing. That tea was hot.
