Litigator Joanne Frasca joined Freeman, Freeman & Smiley's Irvine office as of counsel. Frasca was previously as Ducote & Frasca in Costa Mesa. She has over three decades of experience of complex commercial and business litigation. Frasca is the founding member of the board of directors on LEAP, an after school program of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and a guest lecturer on appellate law at Whittier Law School.
