A U.S. judge has thrown out a copyright infringement case against Veoh Networks Inc., an Internet video start-up with high-profile Hollywood backers, ruling that video-sharing companies are not solely responsible for policing piracy that may take place on their sites. Mam nadzieję, że czegoś nie przeoczyłem, ale wydaje mi się, że na wszystkich polskich stronach, które częściej lub rzadziej mam przyjemność odwiedzać, nie zanotowano tego faktu. A chodzi o orzeczenie sądu amerykańskiego w sprawie IO Group, Inc. v. Veoh Networks, Inc.. Jeśli jest inaczej - proszę o sprostowanie.

W ostatnim wpisie napisałem co nieco o sprawie amerykańskiej sprawie IO Group, Inc. v. Veoh Networks, Inc. Wspomniałem tam m.in., że "(...) wydaje mi się, że na wszystkich polskich stronach, które częściej lub rzadziej mam przyjemność odwiedzać, nie zanotowano tego faktu". Muszę się przyznać, że nie do końca to była prawda, ale choć błąd był niewielki, to wynik dodatkowych poszukiwać przyniósł ciekawe efekty.
