Ronald Cooke joined Nossaman's Los Angeles office as a partner. Cooke focuses on the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and traditional labor law. He was previously first vice president and senior counsel at Countrywide Home Lowns, working on employee benefit plans, qualified deferred compensation plans and executive compensation, perquisites and programs. Before that, he was a shareholder at Littler Mendelson and counsel at Bingham McCutchen.
