Baker was adjudicated on a state jail felony possession of cocaine case in Gillespie County. The judge sentenced him to two years. While serving that sentence, Baker was transferred to Harris County for trial on a felony theft charge. Harris County reduced it to a misdemeanor and plead Baker out for time served.
