am noticing a few small glitches (like quotation marks being rendered in some places as question marks). I'll try to sort out all of those nits today or tomorrow. In the
mean time, comments are back on, and everything should be working reasonably smoothly. More on the discussion board shortly. Thanks for your patience! ...

Dallas Mavericks owner and tech zillionairre Mark Cuban is all about his MacBook, joining an increasingly long list of high-profile tech and
business folks who've switched. Former Microsoftie Robert Scoble has "switched his life over" to a MacBook Pro. Marc Andreessen has switched (anyone one else here old enough to remember
how earth-shattering Mosaic and Netscape Navigator were, back in the day?). Macs are even invading Microsoft conferences. Macs aren't for everyone, though. I have a ...

A while back Mark Fisher wrote a review of an excellent utility called TypeIt4Me. It's a wonderful timesaver, but it does take a while to
create your own clippings file. Mark has donated his TypeIt4Me clippings file (.zip). If you're new to TypeIt4Me, this makes a good starting
point. Comments View comments and add your own to this post (no registration required) in the Mac Law Students Forum. ShareThis

Tom, a 1L at the University of Wisconsin, made this inquiry: I am envisioning some set of abbreviations, marks, symbols, etc., that are traditionally used to markup a case or
other legal material. I have been sort of developing my own system to label facts, ... about the arguments on each side of the case, and started adjusting my book briefs accordingly.
But a true system for marking up cases would be even better. Comments View comments and add your own to this post (no registration required) in ...

... -peck typist, your results may be different. However, there's a problem with the keyboard's software. The F3 and F4 keys don't function properly. There's a lengthy thread about the
issue in the Apple Support Discussion, but even though the thread is marked as "answered" the problem still persists. Apple messed this one up. It's not a show-stopper, of
course, but it is an annoyance that doesn't suit Apple's usually high software QA standards. I find this keyboard a comfortable alternative to my ...

Mark Fisher wrote a thorough evaluation of Ettore Software's TypeIt4Me app in July. Now version 4.0 is out, and includes a couple of nifty new

demo of this capability at MacWorld in January, and it's pretty slick. TypeIt4Me is an excellent way to save time with repetitive typing tasks. If you're working on a ...

by: Dr. Kevin Boully South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford is sorry. Or is he? He certainly apologized. To everyone. A lot of times. But is he
