Recently, we noted that FoIB and Cato Institute biggie Michael Cannon had an op-ed in USA Today.
Well, building on his new-found celebrity (notoriety?), Michael will be a featured guest on this evening's edition of ABC's 20/20. In fact, the
whole show is on the health care delivery and finance debate, facilitated by John Stossel. As they say: Check your local listings.

FoIB Michael Cannon of the esteemed Cato Institute takes to the pages of McPaper today, offering a
vehement contradiction to Dr Kevin Pho's recent op-ed in the national daily. The subject is "comparative-effectiveness research," which seeks to analyize which medical processes work
best.Both are worth reading, if only to get a sense of how two very bright guys differ on matters of both health policy and implementation.

Holding: Motion to Dismiss DENIED; Motion to Transfer GRANTED Apparently the magistrate judge in this case recommended transfer to the Northern District of Texas - Dallas Division.
Judge Schell agreed, but also held that venue was not proper in the Eastern District in the first place.
