ABC News took a look at sentences handed down to Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Richie for DUI. ABC's conclusion was that their sentences were not
lenient, but par for the course. L.A. County's jails are so overcrowded that the space is needed for more serious offenders than these two starlets. Even in tough states, sentences for
a second DUI tend to involve only a few days in jail. Their sentences were not so much easy, as they were widely reported in the news.
