Joseph Cavanagh of Blish & Cavanagh (it doesn't specify whether it is Jr. or III, but I would guess Jr.) writes in today's ProJo that Attorney General Patrick Lynch's opinion on whether Rhode Island will recognize same-sex marriages performed in Massachusetts is "not just inadequate but lacking any legal support." I should get at least some sleep tonight, but I will write more later to explain why Cavanagh is wrong.
