Keisler. Then again, the Bush administration's utter failure to use its Roger Gregory olive branch to better PR effect was a huge missed
opportunity that helped make it more difficult to confirm people like Keisler in the first place. Comments welcome.

MY LAW SCHOOL CLASSMATE PETER KEISLER has been named Acting Attorney General. As I've noted here
before, he's a nice guy, and he's been head of the Civil Division for a while, so this should be a pretty seamless transition.
