adults and they have the same rights as anyone else; violate them and the walls of Jericho (i.e., Megan's' laws) will come tumbling down. Its just a matter of time and these laws help
the demise of Megan's law entirely

child is restrained or required to be restrained in a child safety seat. The penalty for violation would be a fine of $25, which could be eliminated in a first offense if the person
