A judge ruled Wednesday that authorities had legal justification to search Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch last year, denying the defense's claim that the search was illegal. Judge Rodney Melville of the Santa Barbara County (Ca.) Superior Court held that statements of Jackson's accuser were sufficient to establish probable cause that Jackson had molested the boy.
