As reported in an earlier post, the U.S. Supreme Court had accepted Huber v. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., a case dealing with what constitutes a reasonable accommodation under
the Americans with Disabilities Act. In particular, the case raised the question of whether the ... -or merely permits the employee to apply for the vacant position and compete with
