We have appreciated the contributions of Stephen Lubben this week. Stephen has joined Credit Slips as a guest blogger from his day job as the Daniel J. Moore Professor of Law at Seton Hall University. He brought us back to the "Why and Whether Delaware" debate, which is an important issue for corporate bankruptcy law.
