NBC-4 in Los Angeles reports that prosecutors in the murder trial of Scott Peterson have exercised their right to remove Judge Richard Arnason, an 82-year-old retired judge named yesterday to take over the controversial trial. [JURIST] Juror No.5, the foreman, has been dismissed from the jury in the Scott Peterson case. This is the second juror to be dismissed in the past two days.
