This is interesting from Dick Morris, but probably too good to be true, or completely true. There is bad blood between Morris and the Clintons, so he needs to be discounted somewhat. Nevertheless, I think he is a very astute observer of street level politics, even if he was
caught sucking on a prostitute's toes. And pretending to be a dog. Anyway. That's irrelevant. He remains a very astute observer of politics and I'm glad he was able to get a good job
after all that.

Dick Morris says yes, because it is a necessary prelude to nationalization, which DM says Obama wants to do, because he wants to socialize the
financial sector. If this is true, it would be very alarming. It makes me wonder, how would the American people (so called) react if and when it turns out BHO really does want to
socialize as much of the economy as possible, such as most major banks and health care? Would people really stand for that? Banks would be couched as an emergency measure, and ...

Morris Hill Cemetery, where I do not really want to be buried when the time comes. Though I would be in pretty distinguished company.

Dick Morris calls Lady Hillary's criticism of the Scooter Libby commutation hypocrisy. It's not quite a defense of the Libby commutation, it's
still a useful history lesson. In a world of politically fired up special prosecutors and Congress v. White House hard ball over the Iraq war, I think the fuss over the commutation is
fairly silly. I haven't followed the Libby story closely because it is very complicated and very unedifying. But given that I don't like special prosecutors, I don't think ...

something else. But then again, maybe not -- as Dick Morris, a troubled man but very smart, explained back in the day of the last days of the
election Bush DUI scandal, there's a timing element to dropping dimes on people. But my intuition is, they don't got nothing on Palin. It's Alaska; everybody knows everybody else ...
