Just finished the e-filing seminar at the Marshall courthouse and am enjoying lunch with my lovely wife at the Blue Frog Grill on the square in downtown Marshall (as featured in a recent Texas Monthly).Seminar was very informative - Rhonda Lafitte went through the steps for e-filing a complaint, followed by an overview of the new application procedure for obtaining extensions of time to answer a complaint where the extension is (1) unopposed; and (2) doesn't exceed 45 days… [read post]
