 The Shanghai IP Court acknowledged the infringement but reserved the issue of damages, so on 22 January 2019, it issued an interim judgment, requiring Fu Ke Auto and Lucas Auto to immediately cease and desist from infringing the plaintiff’s patent rights (the evidence was not sufficient to prove that also Shao Qiang Chen had committed infringing acts).
