ConocoPhillips Alaska Inc. and Marathon Oil Co., the owner-operators of the  Kenai LNG  liquefaction and export facility, announced their opposition to a proposal put forward by the State of Alaska to operate the Kenai LNG facility as an open-access terminal. [read post]
