Eric George Earle of Miami, Florida was arrested on Monday along with Willie Calvin Bivens, Anturrell Nathaniel Dean, and David Zarifi after authorities accused them of running an underage prostitution ring, according to local news reports. 29-year-old Earle was indicted on charges of conspiracy, racketeering and unlawful sexual activity with a minor along with Dean, 30; Zarifi, 34; and Bivens, 65.
