If you expect to overcome a Section 2(e)(4) surname refusal, you'd better come up with better arguments than the two applicants below: for example, a solid, non-surname meaning might do the trick, or maybe a showing that the surname is exceedingly rare, or maybe that the mark doesn't have the "look and feel" of a surname.
