The Georgia Department of Human Resources has determined that the Forum Healthcare Group nursing home in Brunswick, Georgia is no longer suitable for residents and is closing the facility.The decision by the state to shut down the facility came almost one month after the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services put the facility on notice that it would no longer pay for care unless drastic improvements were made.
