Lenard, supra.The Court of Appeal concluded the introductory part of the opinion by explaining that at Lenard’s trial, awitness from Fifth Third testified at trial that the bank does not have a “cash for deeds” program, and that the bank has never done business with Ryan Smith, Richard Kelly, or Richard Lenard.The jury found Lenard guilty on both counts.
