" Untiedt said.The town council voted to terminate Sheffield and Doss at a May 2 meeting but accepted Sheffield's resignation the next morning, Town Manager Bill Boswell has said.Sheffield was replaced by Stephen Price, an Emory & Henry College graduate and former federal air marshal, in July.Doss has a trial scheduled for late December.
