No bad cases, because we don’t do the other side’s research for them.Bauman, of course, held that unless a corporation is incorporated or has its principal place of business in a particular jurisdiction, it’s hard as heck for a non-resident plaintiff (one not injured in that jurisdiction) to sue such a corporation there.
