Rear Visibility Technology Rule Finalized The U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has recently issued a press release regarding the final rule for rear visibility technology. The NHTSA announced that by May of 2018, all new vehicles weighing less than 10,000 pounds will be required to have rear visibility technology. Three-Car Crash West of Santa Maria A multi-car crash injured three people on Monday morning. The wreck happened just west of Santa Maria before 6:30 a.m. According to Santa Barbara’s Noozhawk, first responders were quickly on the scene. Two young drivers collided with on another recently on an icy road in Calais, about two hours northeast of Bangor. Both drivers suffered injuries, but thankfully survived. A SEPTA bus collided with a passenger car at 22nd and the Parkway this morning. From the report on WPVI’s website, the occupants of the car were both transported for injuries.
