The widow of a Certified Steel warehouse worker killed in a 2004 crane accident will receive $2.85 million dollars in a wrongful death lawsuit settlement. Marcia Austin will receive $1.8 million from Hamilton Steel Company, the Trenton, NJ. company who runs Certified Steel warehouse, and $1.05 million from Morris Material Handling, a crane supplier.
