While I agree with Jeffrey that it's likely too early to tell (especially since the alleged facts in the Wheatland Bank case appear to be so bad for the outside directors), I'm also a glass-half-full kind of guy, so I opt to find the dark cloud surrounding any silver lining, and I'll stick by my "ill omen for outside directors" view.
