Recordemos que la Corte Interamericana en el caso "Bulacio" (2003, ver sentencia en pdf) dijo que "los familiares de la víctima deberán tener pleno acceso y capacidad de actuar en todas las etapas e instancias", y entonces me parece que deben tener derecho a recurrir también una sentencia que puede suponer impunidad para autores de delitos graves.Hasta ahora, veo otro problema en mi… [read post]
