Leaving aside the court’s failure to explain how defendant’s many inoffensive text messages to plaintiff and his two visits to her home and place of work, each lasting fewer than five minutes, qualified as harassment under N.J.S.A. 2C:33-4(a) and (c), the court never found defendant acted with a purpose to harass, which is, of course, fatal to a finding he committed the offense.
