Professor Milena Sterio submitted an amicus brief in September with several colleagues from the Public International Law and Policy Group to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the case of Bosco Ntaganda, who was convicted by the ICC on 18 counts of war crimes in 2019 for his military involvement in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
