  I realized, from attending this meeting of bank attorneys and the FTC, that since borrowers don’t talk about lawyers having saved their homes from foreclosure, and since banks certainly aren’t in the business of disclosing which lawyers helped their borrowers… and since the private sector lawyers themselves don’t do anything to let the world know what’s going on… well, how would anyone know?
