If there’s no company that’s assigning you out to the other company that where you’re performing the services and you’re literally just showing up at a company and performing services and they’re paying you on a 1099 which means they’re not taking withholdings at the end of the year you get an IRS Form 1099 and they’re paying you under your own social security number so in other words the 1099 is issued… [read post]
