As the so-called "gold standard" of investment banking, Goldman Sachs, with its legions of compliance officers and high paid attorneys don't seem to understand this 76 year old rule prohibits them from making false and misleading disclosures to investors, failing to disclose material information to investors, and otherwise deceiving investors.
