Although I take a keen interest in the stock market, I have no pretences of being an expert.I know that there is a correlation between Bond rates and the share prices of the Listed Property Sector but I have never made the time to understand why this should be.I have an understanding of the fundamentals and believe that this should be the primary driver of share prices.
