[sound of crickets chirping]I suppose the bottom line here, and not one mentioned in the article, is that whether or not the insertion of the provision in cease and desist orders makes it theoretically harder to raise capital from potential investors, or whether the time frames to raise capital and/or merge, sell or liquidate the bank are impossibly short, banks that are receiving these orders are those deemed too small to save.
