King, No. 07-30649 Conviction and sentence for conspiracy to possess cocaine with the intent to distribute and conspiracy to launder money are affirmed over claims that: 1) the sentencing court relied on a presumption that a sentence within the sentencing guidelines was reasonable; 2) statements by co-conspirators were inadmissible hearsay; and 3) tape-recorded conversations between defendant and his wife were privileged and therefore inadmissible.
