Not a single word or idea is wrong, in my view.Indeed, I'll go even further than he did.Not only is there "substantial evidence" that "John Doe" cheated on the exam -- which is the relevant legal standard at issue -- but in my view, John Doe did indeed pretty clearly cheat.Of course, I know nothing more than what's in the opinion.
