According to pedestrian fatality statistics compiled by Dangerous by Design 2014, a report released by the National Complete Streets Coalition (NCSC), the only other city near Philadelphia that poses more danger for pedestrians based on fatality statistics and injuries is Baltimore.From 2003 to 2012, pedestrian fatality statistics show that 959 walkers were killed in Philadelphia.
