Searching is very limited - i.e. there is no full-text indexing of the docket sheets, much less of the actual party filings available through the system, so effectively the only way to access the system is to search on a known docket number or, at the very least, a known party name (and let's hope that name is neither common nor the one of a particularly litigious legal entity).
