By comparing the drawing of the flow meter of D1, figure 3, with that of the present invention, figure 1, the skilled person would immediately realize that the invention corresponds to the feature defined in the characterizing portion of present claim 1, i.e. that the inner surface of the outer wall of the blade section has a conical shape, contrary to what is shown in figure 3 of D1.This argument is not found convincing.
