By G: I was convicted in 2/99 and have had good jobs up until the online registry was invented in 2002 - since then I have had no luck with jobs in the state of Wisconsin where I was convicted. [read post]

The answer is: it depends.In Wisconsin, like most every other state, the rule is that unused vacation time is to be paid out upon separation of employment UNLESS the employer's policy says it will not be paid out. [read post]
