Although both involve attempts to obtain emails, the emails in question are different: The hacking indictment refers primarily to emails stolen from the Democratic National Committee and the personal email account of the Clinton campaign chairman, John Podesta, which were eventually released by Guccifer 2.0 and Wikileaks.
