  One West Bank dumped all of its servicing operation into Ocwen Loan Servicing a month or so ago, and although last year I would have said that Ocwen was among the best at modifying loans, ever since the company acquired more servicers than I can count on one hand, they’ve certainly dropped down a few large notches.
