Law, and especially constitutional law, seems to attract folks who prefer to start with the desired result and work backwards, eventually reaching the research stage (if time permits).But at least the students grasped why the Cal Tillisch high school chem lab experiment method is something less than rigorous, for constitutional law as well as for chemistry.
