David Moss (Wayne State) shared some  thoughts about the ABA's proposal to drop its requirement that law schools demand the LSAT (or its equivalent): One reason Standard 503 and its interpretation are problematic is that they require law schools to require all applicants to take the LSAT (except when the ABA has granted a waiver), even applicants for whom LSDAS admits the LSAT is not a valid and reliable test.
