BEAUMONT – A Jefferson County partnership alleges that it has not been paid in full for a loan.Umphrey Family Limited Partnership filed a complaint on Aug. 16 in the Jefferson County District Court against JT, Bruns & Crow LLC, Jolyne Thompson, David Crow and Jeffrey Bruns alleging breach of contract and breach of guaranty.According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 30, 2014, it loaned defendants the principal amount of $300,000.
