Bryan Endres was kind enough to forward a copy of the complaint, although I give up trying to upload it to this blogger site; I think the site just doesn't offer that particular functionality.I haven't seen any actual news articles on it (at least not yet), but here's the HSUS press release (which also contains a copy of the complaint, btw) and a poultry lobby press release.
