There is something intuitive about the idea that someone who names their organization “Americans Against Trump” is not “using” the famous trademark “Trump” “as a designation of source” for their own goods or services—they are instead using the phrase as a whole to express opposition to Trump, which is the opposite of using “Trump” as a source identifier.
